Copy/Move large List from one Site to another (WSS 2.0)

Hello,

I want to copy/move a list (large with attachements) from one site to
another site.
Because of the large size if the list with the attachements it is not
possible to save
it as a template.

How to move large lists?
Ist there a export-import tool avalible?

Restored a list but now I cant open its attachements
