WSS 3.0 Configuration: Value Cannot Be Null Parameter: Password

I am trying to install WSS 3.0 on the following virtual machine.

1. Windows 2003 Enterprise Server
2. SQL Server 2k and 2k5 with WinNT Authentication
3. WSS.2.0


The installation was successful, however when the configuration
wizard
starts, it should this error as a prompt, I am copying the text from
the log file that gets created.
