Re: Windows Vista & WSS?

Same here. (No problem with Vista).

I didn't notice any mention of which Office version is installed on that client. It might be important. I have Office 2007 on mine.

I am having no ends of problems running Vista (Ultimate Edition) as the

Is ANYONE ELSE using MS Vista? I posted a problem on May 15 and I am the
only one who has posted anything else to that problem -- follow-up
information which I was hoping would help other more knowledgeable them
myself about WSS and Vista problem -- but here it is May 24 and NOTHING!
Surly SOMEONE SOMEWHERE is also using Vista! I can access my WSS Site with
Firefox (both on SuSE Linux and Vista) or with Konqueror (KDE SuSE Linux
only) and I can edit BASIC WEB PAGES. Vista cannot do it. I get an error
message: "Cannot Open Text Editor". HELP ANYONE PLEASE!

I am running Vista Ultimate w/IE7 and do not have any issues. Have
you tried a different Vista machine? Could be isolated to that
particular pc.
