Upload file using Explorer View when "'Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited" is used

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi,

I am using WSS3 and I just activated the 'Require documents to be
checked out before they can be edited?' option.

Now when I upload a file I am asked to check the file in ...

But if I do use the Explorer View to store files on my Sharepoint I am
not able to check them in and they will not appear in the document
view !

What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks,

Ark
