WSS 3.0 Page color/ logo customization

Hi All,
I have a WSS 3.0 site that uses custom forms based authentication (using
Custom provider).
I want to
a) Change the titlegraphic for the login page _layouts/login.aspx to the
company logo.
b) Change the color/ style for the login page and the rest of the site.
Please help.
