Re: WSS 3.0 Upgrade and Migration Menu is not there



Hi Luke,

Thanks for the Reply; I have completely removed WSS 3.0 and have reviewed
the below article.

When I run the setup program the "Yes, perform a gradual upgrade" option is
grey out so I can only do either an in place upgrade or "No, do not upgrade
at this time".

My other option is to go ahead and select the "third option: No, Do not
upgrade"and then migrate the content databases. However, I really would like
to know why the first option is grey out.

Any ideas.

Have you completely remove the WSS 3.0 pre-installation before you start
