Patrick,
Click on Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Custom Level -> Scroll to the Bottom, and choose Automatic Logon with Current User Name and Password.
I just ended up using the GPO, and Adding my Sharepoint site to the Intranet zone, and all worked as expected for eveyone on the domain. I didn't like editing the default trused site level, but that was just me.
Take Care,
Nate

Mike,
In IE 7 where do you go to set this "Automatic Logon with current
username and password?"
My users have our whole domain "*.abc.org" specified as a Trusted Site
but IE7 users are still prompted for username and password every time
they try to access a sharepoint site.
Thanks,
Patrick
