No Search Results

I've posted several times with issues related to searching in WSS 3.0.
Previously I was seeing warnings in the eventlogs. After changing from
kerberos authentication to NTLM, the errors are not appearing any more.
However, now I simply do not get any search results when I search on our
sites. . .Even if I pick a term I know if is a document or page, it still
returns no results. How do I troubleshoot this? Are there log files I can
look at? Has anyone else seen this?
