No Edit in Visio option appearing for visio files

I am using SharePoint 2003. Visio files that are uploaded to a document
library do not have the Edit in Visio option in the drop down beside
the document name. There is the "Edit in xxxx" option for project,
word, excel.

How do I enable this option or what would the work around be?
