Just in case, try accessing from that user's machine with Firefox.
We've had odd cases where users can't access with IE but can with Firefox
(it seems because Firefox gives them a Name/Password box and IE doesn't)

I am having a problem with one user getting this error message when
trying to access any of our SharePoint sites...

We seem to have narrowed the problem down to something on her computer
(nobody can access SharePoint from that computer, but she can access
from another computer), but I can't find what setting or whatever else
may be causing the problem. The trusted sites and everything I've
looked at so far are the same as on every other computer. Any
suggestions on what else to look at?
