Re: WSS 2 - doc library explorer view not working on some

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Note that John was very specific about the version of Offfice 2003 needed.
Only Office 2003 *Pro* has upload multiple documents functionality.

Thanks John and Asif.

I actually spoke too soon. The WebDav and WebClient fix only fixed one of
the computers, the one that now works does not have Office installed. I
checked what you said John and you are right, the upload multiples does
show up on the workstation with Office and not on the one without Office.

In WSS 2.0, the document library works in summary view on all
workstations but the explorer view does not work on some workstations
(especially the servers).

Is this a permissions issue?

Thanks,

Ken
