Check her IE settings:

1. Internet Options
2. Security tab
3. Custom level
4. Scroll to bottom
5. "Automatic logon with current username and password."

I have a user we added & when she tries to logon to sharepoint services she
is prompted with the wrong credentials. All the other users are not prompted
at all, their domain credentials are passed through to sharepoint.

I need to figure out why this particular user is not having pass-through
authentication & why she is getting prompted to logon with a local account
rather than her domain account. She is logged on to her PC with her domain
account.

More info:

We had a user login to a sharepoint site successfully, but when they try to
add a document to the site it fails even though they are a contributor. If
we
meake them an administrator for the site they can post a document.

We do not want all the users to be administrators, just contributers &/or
reviewers.
