You don't have Edit In functionality available not matter which version of
Adobe you have.
Edit In functionality is only available for the main Office products to
which has been added Visio 2003 since STS (but not Visio 2002).
Answer is therefore that you can't.
At least not without writing a mass of code - if you want to investigate
that post to the programming subgroup .windowsservices.development

have Adobe Reader installed because you have Adobe writer installed you
cant
open the document from sharepoint,
How do I add Edit in Adobe Writer as well as Edit in Adobe Reader options

the right click of a document
