Hi,

The scenario is I have created One Main (Team WebSite) and the 4 team web
for four users which has (add and edit rights for their site) site under
this main site

I want to know email management in share point sites

in the main site the the admin person goes into different user sites and
assign the tasks to specified users . when he assign the tasks the email
must go to the specific user . and when the user complete that task and set
the % complete that task and then save the task the email must go to the
admin user . how it is possible and how it is implemented . please tell me
the procedure and steps .
