Re: move data from v2 to v3?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

There are three upgrade paths from v2 to v3. One is to attach a v2 Content
DB to a v3 installation and upgrade it that way. I haven't done it myself,
but I heard plenty about it at TechEd. You might try just attaching a copy
of your v2 database to v3 and see what happens.

Me too, whats the score? Can we just point to the old content databasen
and use V3 as a frontend?

Anyone? I've looked for KB or help but can't find.... Just a pointer in
the right direction would be helpful.

I have a site running on v2 and would like to move the whole thing over
to v3 for testing... I have v3 running on another server.. what's the
best way to move the data over?

Thanks
