Importing data to a Form Library

I currently have a database which contains over 350 records of support
enquiries.What i am intending to do is create a Form library which
stores all the faults and enables new faults to be added by filling out
a form. I want to do it this way as i would like to use InfoPath for
data validation and for submitting information to the intended engineer
via e-mail.

The problem i'm having is that it seems i would have to manually input
the previous 350+ records using InfoPath. I cannot see a way of
importing data from the existing Access database that can be used
within the form library. I have tried the Data*** method (copying and
pasting) and also exporting, but the export only creates a new List.

Any ideas i how i could get around my problem? Is it possible? If not,
looks as though i'll be spending some time doing data input :¬(
