Even if there was only one domain admin in the entire network, it would
be entirely possible that I would still want to limit access to
specific documents on sharepoint...
But you wouldn't be able to keep that one domain admin out. Even if you can
limit him/her using the aforementioned patch, an admin can still put
themselves in the SharePoint Administrators Group from the SharePoint
Central Admin which gives them access to everything regardless. And a
domain admin can reset password's not to mention have full access to your
SQL servers.
