Newsgroup list for MSDN subscribers presented
http://msdn.microsoft.com/newsgroups/managed/default.aspx
don't have microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs, so how can I get answer for
my problem from MSDN ?

It's sending e-mail via the Exchange Server that's included in SBS 2003
so
you might want to ask in the SBS newsgroup - most people here will be
using
an Exchange Server on a different server.
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
