Re: Problems with One Terminal Server User

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

When I changed the 'friendly' option, the error becomes 'The Local Security
Authority cannot be contacted'. But I don't see anything different in the
local security policies for this user.

I can log in as the user on a local machine and access the Sharepoint site -
however, when I deleted the profile on both the Terminal Server and main
Server, we still experience the same problem.

This one really has me stumped.

Is the option "Show friendly HTTP error messages" enable in her IE
settings? If not, you may enable this to see if you got more detail error
messages. Also, will the problem occur out of the Terminal session? For
example, if she connected from another computer or logon on the server
directly?
