Re: Using documents from libraries in Team Sites

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Please

a) confirm that the SharePoint environment you are interested in using is
Windows SharePoint Services - if it's SharePoint Portal Server then that has
its own newsgroup at microsoft.public.sharepoint.portalserver

b) explain what you mean by "the Team Site environment" - the default kind
of site created when you create a WSS site is a Team Site. This contains by
default one Document Library (called Shared Documents) and you can create
more (with different names). So I don't understand how you can't "include
documents in a Team Site that are currently part of a Document Library".

c) post the SharePoint / Outlook sync question as a separate question -
there is a certain amount of collaboration built-in but not two-way syncing.
