Get a bigger drive.

Seriously though, you need to determine what is taking up your space allocation and fix the problem. While it may be SharePoint related, it might not be (for example IIS logs are not recycling).

If you think it's being caused by attachments (which go into the database) the default install for SQL Server is to put things in the Program Files directory on the C: drive.

Take a few minutes to plan how much data you're going to be using (probably short, mid and long term) and that will help you determine where your data should go and how big of an allotment you need to make.
