The server isn't aware of online presence, only the client -- which means that, since filters are applied on the server, you can't filter based on presence. Sorry!
As for the icons, they should be on the server, but I suspect that resizing them will "blow out" some web parts...

I'm trying to create a view that only shows employees that are logged into messenger w/passport. My problem is when I try and filter the view based on the colum of online presence I'm not sure what the value should be. I've tried "online", available... but no luck..
Any ideas
Also, Any idea how to enlarge the icons/images that are used to show the status?
Thankyou in advance for any help
