Sharepoint Scroll Listings Web Part

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi,

I am installing a webpart for scroll as mentioned in the following
link.

http://msd2d.com/newsletter_tip.aspx?section=sharepoint&id=2aeb45ef-c623-4b79-b6cf-1e5354276422

After doing all the steps when I upload the .dwp file I got the
message successfully uploaded. But I don't see this webpart in any of
the webpart list.

Also after uploading If I directly trying to put on page I am getting
following error as I nevigate the site --

page to temporarily disable Web Parts or remove personal settings. For
more information, contact your site administrator.

Can anyone help me on this.

Thanks in advance.
