Hi Josnoe -

Yes, you can use smigrate to backup FPSE 2002, STS v1, and WSS v2 sites, and
then restore them to WSS v2 sites. Smigrate cannot backup or restore SPS
2001 or SPS 2003 portal "areas." However, it can backup and restore WSS v2
sites in SPS 2003.
