Storing emails in document libraries

Is there a way to drag and drop emails into a document library? It would be
particularly helpful if there was a way to do this and have them stored with
a specific file. We are storing regulated policies in this library and need
to attach emails with the reason for the update. We have versioning turned
on. Currently we are just cutting and pasting the email into the comment
field you get when you check a document back in.
Thanks!
