Cannot log in!

Hi,

I've just installed Windows Sharepoint Services and when trying to log into
the 'SharePoint Central Administration' website it asks for the
username/password 3 times then displays the following error: 'You do not
have permission to view this page.' - this even happens when logging in as
Administrator! File permissions seem ok (can't see anything using filemon).
Anyone else had this issue?
