\viewkind4\uc1\pard\lang2052\f0\fs23 Hi Brian,
\par
\par From the error message, I think the file may contain the error. We could try to download the file from the version history page to check whether this file contains error or there is no file there. The steps is:
\par 1. right-click your file
\par 2. click "Version History"
\par 3. from the version list of this document, pleasea right click the version going to be restored
\par 4. click the menuitem "Save Target as..." from the pop up menu.
\par 5. try to save it into your box to see whether this file exsiting in the doc lib or not
\par a. if not existing, this error should report the underlying error. Since there is no file, sharepoint can't find it and restore it.
\par b. if existing, please check it at Excel to see whether there is any error in it. Then remove the old file in the doclib and upload this one.
\par
\par It is my pleasure to be of any assistance.
