I completely miss the SQL 2005 piece.
Good catch Mike!

Thanks

This is a completely unsupported environment.

SQL 2005 is not a supported database system for WSS (2.0) and it is anyway
still in Beta which makes it doubly non-supported.

If you want to play around with this by all means do so but please don't
post messages here - when you have problems as you no doubt will - this is
not a support group for Beta products.

Go instead with them to SQL Server 2005 Beta newsgroups.

If you are serious about using WSS use it with the supported SQL Server 2K.
