Thanks. That seems to nicely confirm the no limit to database size thing.
Actually the start of the final paragraph you quote is wrong. Some Microsoft
routines other than WSS can access WMSDE / use WMSDE to store data - I think
the term used when describing this is something like components: at any rate
it's where Microsoft have allowed it.
Now if anyone can supply a link for that ....
