You're right on the first, although the reason I didn't mention it was that
he asked for a comparison of WMSDE and MSDE not of either and SQL Server 2K
(You are also right on the lack of tools and thus the lack of backup -
again there's no difference between WMSDE and MSDE so I didn't mention it.)
You're wrong on the second. There's no 4GB limit.
