I know Microsoft HATES it when we touch SQL but.....
We recently had a situation come up where several hundred alerts had the
"localhost" url. That URL is stored in two different tables in SQL and you
can use a SQL update command to URL from localhost to your actual URL. It
seems to have fixed our problem without any side effects.
