Re: Data still disappearing

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

When I click the Edit icon, it displays the information data about the file.

However, I have sunce figured something out. To fix the issue, I am
restoring the userdata table of the data that is missing. Then, if i go to
each document in the library and "Edit" the info (just click on the Edit
icon) and then press "Save and Close", I can then open the document and the
data doesn't dissappear. it's going to be a little painful opening each
document for edit and then saving it (long and boring process) but it seems
to be fixing the issue.

Any thoughts now on why this could be happening? Seems like there is a
'saved' or 'active' type flag in the database that isn't set properly and
this process is reseting that flag to what it should be.

Thanks again for your help on this. Any info you can add to shed some light
on the issue will help.
