Backup and Restore Problem

Hi,

I am having problem restoring. I did a back up using spbackup.exe tool on my
test server and want to restore it on my production.

I used:

For back up:
spsbackup -w

it created a file SPBakOut.bat file

Now I moved the file to my production machine and did

stsadm.exe -o restore -url http://servername -filename SPbakOut.bat

it give is an error saying

Your back up is from a different version of Windows Sharepoint Services and
cannot restore on the current version.

But both my versions are same, when I click Windows Sharepoint Services on
Sharepoint Central Administration Page and then I click on Create Top Level
Website. I see my virtual server name, url and version. The version are same
on both the m/c, its 6.0.2.6411. Then why am I still getting this error.

If any one know why, Please help me asap.
