Novica,
To copy a custom list from one WSS site to another you can save the list as
a template. From your post it appears you've already done that.
Next you will need to go to each site you wish the list to be on and click
the "Create" link.
The list should show up as an option PROVIDED that the target sites are in
the same site collection.
Simply create a list of the source type on each site.
If the target site is not in the same site collection, you will need to
download the .STP template file from the source site collection and then
upload it to the target site collection before it will show up in the Create
dialog.
