I've no problems about you mentioning the fact that a product made by X
(when you work for X and say so) solves a problem. You have only done it
rarely and in those particular cases where it applies.

The problem is more with your company's web site. No doubt many other people
like me have seen your comment and gone to the web site expecting to see a
product listed for 'accumulation of doc libs info' and have found instead
pure marketing-speak.

Can I suggest that you arrange for a (new) page on your company web site
that includes information specific to this feature of your (big) product and
the info that the feature is only available as part of X and that X pricing
starts at $Y.

Then you could post the direct address to that page whenever an appropriate
question came up and everybody would have the quick info about it that they
need.

How does that sound?
