Hi,
Windows SharePoint Services provides an Image Library. Images can be
extracted by using Web Parts (List View uses CAML, Data View uses SOAP) or
you can use the SharePoint API from your own server resident code or call
the lists web service for remote access to the image URL and have IIS send
it to you over HTTP.
