Well, that's the second suggestion to use a different browser, so I might
try that.

I checked the security logs, and there isn't even a failed logon attempt for
the user, which sort of tells me that the client isn't even sending the
user/name password information, but the client has assured me that she isn't
behind a firewall or proxy server.
