How do I reset the database generated Id number

Hi there,

I have created a new list and am using the auto generated id number. I
have deleted my "test" records and now want to open it up for the real
users. The numbering, however, starts at 21. Obviously it still takes
into account my 20 test records that I deleted. How do I reset this
numbering back to 1 (or zero) ??
