Like Mike said, this is a great use of the doclibs (I really don't like
using folders for organization).
We put all custom html help files into a doclib so everything is
together (graphics, etc.) and use it for our online help systems for web
apps. Works like a charm (everything gets served up as a web page so
it's like being able to competely control a normal website). You also
get the added bonus of versioning to boot.
Ian also had a great blog last week on how to use the HTML Help controls
to simulate that view online as well which is great for displaying the
help in a navigatable (is that a word?) form.
