Do I understand you correctly in that you used to have SBS 2003 but then you
removed that and instead installed 203 Enterprise Server and then WSS ?

In that case the reason you no longer see companyweb is that companyweb is a
function of SBS 2003 ONLY.

In other words in a normal WSS installation you will see a web site but this
will not be Companyweb.
