Thank you Mike but I am not trying to search content in
WSS but am trying to find the actual sites files (like
the folder titled "WaynesList" using the Search feature
of Server 2003 (Start, Search).

Even when I specify to search for hidden files I still
can't find the folder or even a folder titled "Lists".
