Our email address standard is first initial last name @ our.com
The domain login ID follows a different standard which is a legacy of 2 or
three computer operating system migrations.
WSS alerts for one user go to DomainLoginID@our.com instead of fLast@our.com
As far as I know this is only happening for one user (but there could be
others)
He did not complain, our admin noticed the invalid destination address on
our mail server.
I have 2 questions
How could this happen?
(is there something incorrectly specified in AD (2003), Exchange (2003) ,
WSS or some combination of these)
and more importantly
How can I fix it?
