I've verified the application pool is setup with a domain user that has
rights in SQL as indicated in the WSS Admin Guide. This is a Farm Mode
install.

The error occurs when i click OK on the "Set Configuration Database Server"
page. The exact error is "Device activation error. The physical file name
"\databasename.mdf" may be incorrect (Error Code: 5105)
