No, on our server none of the Automatic adjustment for
Daylight Saving works. Just now I have tried GMT+2, but
same thing happens. As soon as I changed the time zone I
noted the down the system clock time which was 1.55 AM.
Then I modified one document through SharePoint and
noticed that the modified time of that document was 4.56
AM. So I don't know what reason is.

How we can troubleshoot this issue? I checked the event
log, there is no errors logged and even I did restart the
server once. Also I tried by uncheck the automatic
daylight savings and adjusted the time, but no luck. So I
am sure that it's not reading the time form system clock!!
But if I create/modify a file in the system it gives the
correct time. So what will be the reason? Is this a
Hardware specific problem? Or IS there any setting in IIS?
Please advice.

Thanks,
Rijesh.
