I gave my users a Web Capture from the US National Weather service

Element Name : Table
Element Indexes: 7
You can even do this amount of web capture without any Office 2003.
But...
If the target web site reorganizes Index 7 will no longer point at the
current weather.
The US NWS doesn't change mich though.
It will be neat when more of this kind of content is available as a service
or stream.
Of ocurse there is no advertising revenue model AFAIK, so the subscription
revenue model will likely apply.
