Hi Ali,

I agree with Doug, if your WSS installation is not in Active Directory account creation mode (ADacm), there is no interface for you to change the
user's password in WSS. In this scenario, you can use the existing asp pages available in IIS6 to change the user password. These asp files are
installed with IIS6 by default. You can find them from the directory:
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd

These asp pages use ADSI to provide the password modification functionality. You can test using them for your scenario.
