Hi Ali,

WSS site users, you can change the password in the lcoal machine or domain controller. Furthermore, if you don't want to let the user receive the
email, you can dis-select the "Send the following e-mail to let these users know they've been added" after adding the users in the "Manage users"
section of site settings.
