Moving a file

I have searched and searched, both on Google, forums and on the different
FAQ pages but I cannot find out how a user can move a file from one folder
to another from within the web GUI.

I know I am able to move a file when connecting to the server using My
Network Places and doing a normal file move command, but most of my users
don't have access to this.

Probably an extreme newbie question, but someone of you guys are probably
able to help me out?
