Mark,

It sounds to me like you can simply use a list. Will your users that will be
adding data have access web browser access? Does any calculation need to be
done with the data, or are you simply looking to display data as it was
uploaded by the user? As long as you have a copy of the FrontPage 2003, you
can customize the layout/formatting of the data pretty much as you like.
