Migration (Export/Import) between Wiki Page Libraries

Hello,

is it possible to move all wiki pages (in WSS 3.0) from one wiki page
library to
another without doing this manually? Export and Import via Spread*** only
uses the item links and not
the contents.

Or is it advisable to directly operate on the WSS-database and simply copy
the
row contents of the wiki page library?
